Registration

Participants who register early will enjoy discounted conference fees. In addition, iLEAP 2009 is pre-approved for VCF funding for full-time staff or board members from registered Charities/IPCs (Reference Number PA0703/FY08/09).

Click on the relevant payment option to register. All fees listed are inclusive of 7% GST.

To ensure diversity, we would appreciate it if not more than two participants from each organisation register.

a) Payment Structure

b) Procedures for registered Charities / IPCs

Step 1

Apply online for VCF funding at https://www.ncssapp.org.sg

Step 1

Visit http://www.charities.gov.sg and download the application form . This is because non-NCSS member Charities/IPCs do not have the passwords to submit their applications online.

Step 2

Once your online application is approved, VCF Secretariat will e-mail you an application reference number within 3 working days. Forward the e-mail and the attached pdf immediately to iLEAP@smu.edu.sg as proof of your eligibility for 80% VCF funding.

Step 2

Mail the original signed and completed form to: The VCF Secretariat, National Council of Social Service, NCSS Centre, 170 Ghim Moh Road, #01-02, Singapore 279621 to be eligible for funding . An advance copy can also be faxed to 62102530.

Step 3

Register for the course here if you are a Singaporean/PR. Make payment either by cheque or credit card.

Step 3

Once VCF Secretariat has approved your application, it will inform Lien Centre of the approval to receive 80% VCF funding, along with the application reference numbers.

Step 4
Lien Centre will confirm your attendance after receiving i) Reference number from VCF Secretariat, ii) Payment and iii) Registration information.

Step 4

Forward the e-mail and the attached pdf immediately to iLEAP@smu.edu.sg as proof of your eligibility for VCF funding.

Step 5 Register for the course if you are a Singaporean/PR, or here if you are a employment pass/ work permit holder. Make payment either by cheque or credit card.

Step 6

Lien Centre will confirm your attendance after receiving i) Application reference number from VCF Secretariat, ii) Payment and iii) Registration information.

c) Deadline

The deadline for all applications is 20 Dec 2009, on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for the event will close after this date, and Lien Centre will not be able to entertain latecomers who wish to register on the day of the event. This is because of the seating and catering requirements involved.
